To add funds to the table, click on 'Rebuy'. Then click on 'Cashier' and then 'Deposit' and select the desired option. Since each deposit option is different, the deposit process will vary, as will the time it takes for the fund transfer to be completed and the fees charged. However, funds cannot be added in the middle of a game. They must be added by the start of a new game.

What do I do if I reach my betting limits?

If your account balance drops below the value of the bet that you are attempting to place, you will have to click on 'Rebuy' and then 'Cashier' to add funds to your account. You will not be able to go to the Cashier to add funds in the middle of a game.

I could not complete the game. What should I do?

If you get disconnected from the Blackjack game, please log back in to your poker account and open the game again to complete the unfinished game. If you are unable to play or are experiencing other problems, please contact our Customer Care team.

Note that the 'In Play' amount (the amount brought to the Blackjack table) will not be available for play on poker tables before you have completed the unfinished Blackjack game.
